Clean property, good parking onsite, and a train station nearby which can easily take you into the heart of Edinburgh. The food at the restaurant is pricier than expected but other than that there were no flaws.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Fabulous cleanliness and the breakfast was worth the money. I liked the 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Was a nice relaxing stay after being in the city center.
