"This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"Wonderful location right off the Royal Mile. Our apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though we were in a busy area and there was construction going on towards the back of the building. More than enough space for our family to stretch out and relax after long days of touring the city! Linens provided were ample and clean, bath products were available in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely book again!"

"My family and I had a cozy stay in Edinburgh. It's a beautiful space in a great neighborhood that's walking distance to most things. "Can’t fault the accommodation. Spacious, well resourced and ideal location. Parking was an issue as not outside property, but a 5 minute drive away to a trading estate where I just had to leave the car and hope for the best! Communication not great. Had no idea about parking until after we’d arrived and unloaded so could potentially have got a ticket. And still waiting for a response for another issue but we’re back home! "

The well equipped kitchen and dining area made eating in a pleasure and yet there is plenty of choice close by for dining out.The position also meant we were close to all attractions, station and bus routes. "This was such a great to stay for our few days in Leith. Light, bright, oh so spacious and even came with a washing machine! Yes the condition of the entranceway and corridor did leave much to be desired but once inside the apartment we could see why it received such good reviews. The owner emailed us regularly to see how we were getting on and provided so much interesting information about the area. It was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The cottage is very nice. It is on two levels, the kitchen/dining is down quite a steep staircase that I found difficult to negotiate. I'm nearly 70 and my daughter fast approaching 50, so not spring chickens! If you want to use the sofa as a bed there is a 35 pound charge for linen that isn't made clear when booking. We both slept in the one bed which was fine. Extra charges should be mAde clear on booking and the fact it only has one bedroom was disappointing. Otherwise nice place if somewhat...
