"It is a beautiful property with all the amenities you could need and even some toiletries! A few instructions for appliances would have been helpful but not a problem. Great location and some lovely places to eat in Leith as well. And beautiful brunch in urban jungle and tapas meal in la casa. Would recommend staying here "

"This was such a great to stay for our few days in Leith. Light, bright, oh so spacious and even came with a washing machine! Yes the condition of the entranceway and corridor did leave much to be desired but once inside the apartment we could see why it received such good reviews. The owner emailed us regularly to see how we were getting on and provided so much interesting information about the area. It was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel is well located near public transports and shops. However, the general cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were hairs around the bathroom sink and rust under the toilet seat not to mention the kitchen sink was not clean and dust on the floor along the walls. "We loved staying at this property, the location close to the sea and only a few minutes from the Main Street where there were shops and cafes was great. The train station was not far off for access to Edinburgh. Susie was always responsive and helpful. The accomodation had every thing we needed. "

"Loved the location, it is just steps from the Royal Mile and lots of attractions. The Tolbooth Tavern nearby was a great find. The building itself is really good as well. There is are lot of stairs, but also a lot of space which was very good for our famiy stay. The building does need some updates (ie carpet on stairs looks dingy, and there are banged up walls in the stairway is likely from lots of travellers).
