"The rooms and decor were all simpathetically refurbished in Georgian style. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The en-suite I stayed in had a large bath & double shower, the owners were delightful, knowledgeable about things to do around the area. The breakfast was great, various things to eat, they catered for my niece who is celiac, she was delighted to finally stay somewhere and be made to feel part of the company, not an added extra on a special diet! "Wonderful location right off the Royal Mile. Our apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though we were in a busy area and there was construction going on towards the back of the building. More than enough space for our family to stretch out and relax after long days of touring the city! Linens provided were ample and clean, bath products were available in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely book again!"
