"My stay was nice. The restaurant on sight had delicious food. When I booked with Hotels.com I did a $10.00 up grade for 2 Queen beds instead of 2 Full beds and when I got to the hotel I found out that they don't even have any rooms with Queen beds. That wasn't the hotels fault but that was the reason it wasn't the most comfortable stay."

"The only downside is that the housekeeping staff seems to think it's acceptable to knock on the door and enter the room two hours before the checkout time. My checkout isn't until 11, so why do they feel the need to do this? If I can't check in two hours early without a fee, why is it okay to essentially push us out two hours before checkout? I find that unreasonable."

"The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. The kitchen and living room was spacious and it was lovely to have TV’s in each room. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. "Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

"This was a great place to stay. We had an issue with the hot tub upon arrival and was fixed the next day. House was very clean and comfortable. Backyard was great for hanging around at night and relaxing in the hot tub. Hostess was very nice and easy to get in touch with. "
