I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well.
