"Lovely hotel. I stay often for work. For some reason it wouldnt alloq me to book breakfast. I wasnt advised when i arrived if it was availbe or not. Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar. The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv. Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars. Very clean and friendly staff as always."

"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. We were impressed by the comfort of the room but it had no view. "The hotel was in a great place for us as we were visiting friends. The room was clean and everything was good for my disabled husband. We had breakfast both morning and the food was good even offering to cook fried or poached eggs fresh. Sumira was the waitress and she was very attentive and friendly. Kate was in reception when we checked out and she also was very friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience will be returning."

"The hairdryers are a struggle to use in the bedrooms as its on a curly which is very restrictive to use as a normal hairdryer and some plugs in your rooms are not near a mirror to dry your hair with. "

We didn't eat in the restaurant of an evening but we had breakfasts on 2 days and what we had was delicious. John the manager was lovely and his support team were excellent.
