The area was very nice, lot of food places nearby as well as shops. There was a shopping centre and high street nearby which was very convenient. The overall experience at Moxy was good but when trying to order room service, we did not have a great experience at all. I ordered and was going to go down to collect due to the time, it was very convenient that it’s 24/7 for click and collect but the staff and service was poor. I went up and down multiple times due to the staff not knowing what they were doing and due to there not being enough stock. They were not even aware of what I had ordered and couldn’t find it in their own menu. I was already feeling poorly and needed food in my system, I ordered at roughly 12:50am and was told that the food was ready to collect at 1:01am, when I went down the staff member was very hostile and rude immediately. She began to tell me the food isn’t ready as it is night time but hadn’t even asked for my order number.

We couldn't find the entrance easily and when we did we couldn't get in. Insufficient instructions. Great to have car parking free. Rooms, inconveniently had no wardrobe. Everything else was well placed, comfortable, spacious, clean and well provided. Lovely staff. The booking gave us free cancellation facility which was the prime reason for selection.

Room was clean and tidy with standard shampoo/wash soap and conditioner, the shower was a good pressure and reliable with hot water.The bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were just the right hardness , was hard to get up in the mornings as felt so relaxed with the blackout curtains that actually work. Great amenities especially if you like to work out but we took our dog and they are not to be left on their own so skipped the gym this time. The bar was very sociable with a great atmosphere and the restaurant was very welcoming and quiet when we ate which was convenient and easier with the dog. The food was good quality and not overpriced and the service from TABITHA was outstanding , really lovely lady and made us feel at home. The downside is the surrounding area was not great and I didn't feel safe walking around on my own but lots of choices and convenience stores etc close by. Overall , we loved our stay but would suggest somewhere your dog can go to the toilet if being hospitable to dogs and charging £20 extra a night and you don't want to have to make the trip out of your room , down the lift etc . Would visit again if in Slough.

We loved the location of the property close to both the airport and Windsor castle. The breakfast was outstanding, the game area in the reception was fun, and the complementary cocktails were a plus. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower and that the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

very convenient and staff are lovely. I had a large van so a bit of a pain to park as no facilities for this due to height barrier on their car park spent a good few mins searching nearby and found somewhere off Church St but this the only issue
