"Had a great stay at Mövenpick al Bustan. A few problems while checking in as the new lady at the front was about to charge me extra as she provided me with someone else’s room, so make sure to check your name before signing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping team are AMAZING! Huge lobby so there is always somewhere to sit and chat. We had purchased the breakfast package and there were tons of options of food. The male at the egg station, is terrible! He doesn’t want to make fresh eggs for the customers and instead pushes them to the already pre-made egg options. When I told him “no salt” on my eggs he adds salt infront of me, extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards customers health concerns. "

"The service by all staff- restaurant, front office, housekeeping, was exemplary! Was blown away by it. the hotel was beautifully kept. Foodwise, only had breakfast at the hotel, which in turn was ok."

" The staff , from the security / porters at the entrance to housekeeping have been amazing. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Every one of them , contributed to me really feeling at home. They will always come to you within a minute once they see you looking stranded. Professionalism par excellence is exhibited especially at rush hours during breakfast and at the reception. Since I started my yearly visit to Dubai this is the first time I have really enjoyed my hotel experience. My rating is 20/10! That is how much I have enjoyed my stay! Keep it up and be sure I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. Thank you! "
