"The internet is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Very weak, comes and goes, a waste of time. Also the GYM is not usable, it is just a picture on expedia but in reality all is faulty or missing. And to think that i chose the hotel for the "gym"...."

"Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. "

"Unfortunately restaurant admin is rude and not respectful to guests. I had 2 rooms and paid for rooms and Breakfast. I stayed one night and my sister and her husband stayed 2 nights. When we came to breakfast she said only one room is paid breakfast for 2 persons. I told her to go to reception and solve this issue with them. "My room was in poor condition. The location in Deira was good, near Al Seef, Dubai Creek, Souk Market. Near City Centre Mall, this mall has the best prices in Dubai. The room fare was reasonable. Costumer Service was good. Fare included breakfast and shuttle service to and from Dubai Festival City. Mall. This hotel is in old Dubai."
