"The staff were excellent to find solutions for the customer, traveling with a 5yo child who needs activity is a challenge, however even I arrived 2 hours early for check-in, the staff gave me the room and the access to the pool. Thank you. Note: the only inconvenient was the door that give access to the pool, the door holder is broken, my child opened the door and it went back strongly to his face and hurt his fingers too. I reported it."

"The hotel & staff were excellent in every way. The location was well situated if you enjoy a stroll. Right near the harbour & beach. Great pub just next door & lovely restaurants within the hotel itself. Only downside was the constant flow of traffic from early doors well into the night and cars honking their horns."

"I stayed at the Sheraton JBR few times as it’s very good but this time was much better as it’s been fully refurbished. Mr Mohamed El Aghoury was very helpful and respectful dealing with my queries. The staff at al hadeqa restaurant are really nice and friendly specially Sameh and Waleed, we spent most of our evenings there great food and service. At the beach Most of the staff are helpful and friendly specially Abdul Rahman always helped with a smile Me and my kids love the place and definitely had a great time as always, when ever I go to Dubai I will stay there it’s feel like home when you are surrounded with lovely helpful smiling people 24/7 "
