"This is such a wonderful place to visit. Overall stay was exceptional. They are all very welcoming. We went as family and they provided everything we had asked as we had a baby. They attended to our needs quickly. This place made a turn around for our Dubai experience. Great place for vacation to relax and enjoy the view. One of the best resorts. Friendly staff to luxury and well kept room and room service. One of a kind lagoon. We would love to thank them for making our stay very comfortable....

"Here is the good and bad about my stay here in Dubai. The Bad: I specifically chose to rent this apartment because the listing stated there would be beachfront access, have 2 large bedrooms, and have a washer and dryer. Soon after arriving in Dubai I was notified by the front desk staff that the beach access has been closed for over 2 months and they don't believe it will be open soon. After going up to my room I noticed that the washer/dryer was a single combined unit, but the dryer function...

"Another fantastic stay at the Dukes on the Palm. The location is perfect with the private beach, close to the first frond, walkable to the Nakheel mall for shopping, views of the palm and dining options. The staff are generally brilliant and the food is good too. We will most likely be back again next year! "

"We stayed in April 2015 for 8 nights, visiting Dubai to see relatives who work locally. The apartment was basically OK but not equipped as holiday accommodation having inadequate cleaning and cooking utensils. The apartment faced 6 lanes of highway and the balcony was therefore dirty, noisey and unusable. The sea-facing apartments seemed to have useable balconies. The address given for the apartments on the Expedia website is of an agent several miles away, When we arrived, reception were not...
