"Everything was great, including how staff communicated, facilities (gym and pool), check in and checkout, parking and ease of use, fast response from registration. A few subtle issues: - the building seems old, for example the thermostat in the room was a very old manual one - room was not very clean, we did see a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms once. - the location of the building is too far from dubai center. This might be a benefit for others but is an issue if you are coming for...

"This is such a wonderful place to visit. Overall stay was exceptional. They are all very welcoming. We went as family and they provided everything we had asked as we had a baby. They attended to our needs quickly. This place made a turn around for our Dubai experience. Great place for vacation to relax and enjoy the view. One of the best resorts.
