"We have stayed here maybe 10 times now and it is always excellent. There is a building site next door but to be honest it doesn't really affect the hotel. It is lovely how Shivani in Messerie Restaurant always remembers us and make us feel very welcome. The staff who work at the front area remember us as well which is nice. Halid on the beach even remembers where we like to sit and puts our towels out nice and early, we can't ask for any more than all of this. "

"Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Got a great upgrade - thanks Expedia! Amazing Asian hospitality unmatched in any other continent. Our stay allowed us to access all the restaurants and facilities for the 5 hotels in the strip through the beach. Also free access to expensive water park. Was great for my kids. Too many great highlights. Would be back here the next time for sure. Some cons: fantastic location for dining in the hotel, right on the lagoon, but no control for non-stop...
