"Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. "

"This property had a good location. Walking distance to the Metro and also one stop away from Dubai Mall made accessibility to food and dining easy. The customer service at the hotel itself needs improvement. I booked a non smoking room and on arrival was faced with a smoking room as they apparently over booked. This was rectified in a day but my allergies were seriously acting up. As an IHG member I expected better service. "

"The property was literally above the Metro and so it was minutes from the Green Line and a quick change to Red and you can explore a lot of Dubai very easily. Staff were really friendly and room was always made up well. Will use again!"

"Fantastic location. Metro train and bus station is in right in front of the hotel. Plenty of eat out options in Ibn Battuta Mall. Luggage storage facilities available if you couldnt secure a late checkout. Breakfast was amazingly good. "
