"Nice hotel, bit waar from downtown but taxi’s are available at the hotel and aren’t expensive. Very friendly staff, good food and clean and nice rooms. Next to the hotel is a construction site but it doesn’t cause inconveniences. "

The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We encountered a minor issue with the water supply for a day, but the staff handled it efficiently and ensured we were comfortable. The waterpark is absolutely amazing, and the regular pools are just as enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Ossiano—I highly recommend it for a memorable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would love to return!"
