They staff , Eva at the service counter , Steve the security and all the other staff were amazing. , very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The pool always well maintained. The staff were really nice and the rooms were clean but plain. The hotel sits between the Mall of the Emirates and the Marina but in a non-tourist neighbourhood. It was very close to the Metro, which was fantastic for getting around town easily, quickly and cheaply. We did half-board which was a good option for saving some money and it meant we could have breakfast and either lunch or dinner at the hotel based off our plans for the day.

A nice hotel in a good location to get to everywhere else in Dubai. Only downside is, as a VIP access member, I didn’t receive any benefits. Hotel could do with a little renovation in the rooms too - a little dated and worn.
