"We enjoyed our stay in the house is walking distance to the Bluffs and beach. The caretaker’s house is attached to the rental home. That was not clear in the description. This did not bother us, but it might bother some."

"Nice, clean, small duplex perfect for two people, within walking distance to the bay and stores. Dog friendly!"

"Our stay was overall really good.We did get a very wet weekend and we didn't know that to go from the kitchen to the rooms/bathroom we had to pass through the open patio, so we'd get wet and the floor got soaked as we came in and out.Other than that we had a lovely stay! The hot tub worked well, we watched DVDs and were able to prepare all our meals.I'd definitely come back."

"Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county."

"Owners were fabulous with their communication and had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The only negative was there were no top sheets on the single beds. Otherwise very clean and close to the ocean. "

"The driveway is a little tricky especially getting out. It’s narrow and uphill and dumps you onto highway one. The transition from driveway to highway made both my rear tires spin trying to get out while cars are already traveling 45mph "

"Our family stayed for 2 nights and we had a wonderful time! The house has gorgeous views and has been updated very nicely. Everything feels high quality and the towels even smelled good! We walked down to the beach in the mornings, which was super convenient and beautiful. Unfortunately the water at that beach is too dangerous for the kids to play, so we ended up driving just down the road to Doran Beach mid-morning. No big deal and easy enough. Overall, we couldn't recommend this house more...

"The house was really big and clean. The hot tub was hot and the view amazing. We loved watching the otters go by and the ducks and birds play in the river. Will be back when the river is slow and low so we can enjoy in the water activities. "
