"It was a very pleasant surprise and made the trip easy. "

"This was my second stay at the property. The location, rooms and staff have been consistently great. The only downside would have to be room noise. There were very loud guests in adjoining rooms that were yelling and partying well into 2am-3am each night. Also, guests were sitting out on the fire escape smoking and drinking right outside the bedroom windows, which was not only disruptive but unsafe. Again, the staff and facilities themselves were fantastic, but be prepared to hear everything...

"I liked that the hotel was quite, but did not appreciate that I had to walk to the first floor at the back to take an elevator to my room. "

"Great Location. Clean and wonderful staff. The breakfast was adequate. Valet service for our vehicle was excellent but expensive. Not the best area of S.F., but not the worst. Lots of homeless around but they didn't really bother us. 615am on Saturday, lots of banging from industrial type shop across the street from our room (#415) Woke me up. Get a room on the opposite side if you can."
