"The room was small but nice and very clean. The staff especially Juliet was excellent. It was close to union square. The only thing to be wary about is the area at night. I still walked around but it did not feel safe and lots of homeless around. Good for the price."

"It was the perfect low frills, low cost hotel for our conference at the Moscone center. Very easy walk to the convention center, surrounded by great Asian cuisine. "

"Only two things almost not worth mentioning, but still doesn’t change my score from excellent. I had to return to the office to get towels cause there were none in the room and the noise level coming from the street."

"Got checked in very quickly by friendly staff. Came in to a clean room with a TV (no Netflix or anything but has cable). Nice shower and bathroom with windows you can open for fresh air. You do get what you pay for, however I think this provides more value than what it costs. Only downside is the bay can be a little humid and without AC the room can get a little stuffy. Recommend to anyone traveling on a budget!"

"The hotel was great, the room was very nice and clean everyone was very professional. The only thing about the area were the the hotel is located. There are a lot of homeless people and the area is very derty. I know it's not the hotels problem. But this makes me not want to be out late , i got back at 9pm and did not want to go out and get food. Good thing that they have restrictions next door and a Jack in the box at the corner. "

"Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour front desk. Clean and cozy rooms with fire escape. No microwave in room, but there is a fridge and the lobby floor has a lounge with an ice machine and a soda vending machine. Lots of fantastic eating options near by and plenty of things to walk to and see and shop. Easy to order food via Doordash or Uber if you want to stay in or easy to get a ride if you want to go somewhere. I would stay there again."
