"The hotel was very close to Union Square and we were able to take a flat walk to Pier 39. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The cookies and coffee in the lobby were appreciated. Alicia in the bar was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and funny. Thank you"

"As the property was currently undergoing renovation, there were a few inconviences that the staff and service worked hard to overcome. The room was very luxurious with nice upmarket spa features. The one exception to our stay was the breakfast experience. A "complimentary" continental breakfast consisted of coffee or tea served in takeout cups, and a solitary muffin on a napkin (no seating; it was in a foyer.) The actual restaurant you had to exit outside and go around the side of the building...
