"The lobby was very nice and clean. The room itself did not look like it was thoroughly cleaned before we got there. I even found items that belonged to the previous people staying there. The lobby was supposed to have coffee in the morning but always ran out when we came down and wouldn't replace it for the guests. The tv was extremely basic which is surprising to see in 2024. Didn't realize how loud that street was at night and the room we got was extremely loud. The staff were all very nice."

"Great property for a great price! The valet was amazing with helping us navigate the city. It’s super close to the Pearl district and all the downtown shopping and dining. The restaurant and bar were great and staff very friendly. We had a room that faced a sort of inner courtyard which I wish they would have told us at check in but otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel and will stay again."

"I love everything about this hotel. I stayed here while my husband underwent liver transplant at OHSU and the staff took great care of me. They were all so helpful and kind. They checked in with me daily. The food was amazing also. The location was amazing and the view was just the therapy I needed after spending days at the hospital."
