My flight was delayed by 9 hours and their STELLAR concierge, Cruz, arranged transportation for me, dinner to my room as I arrived at 10:30pm and left a beautiful flower arrangement. She is incredible and made me feel so welcome! On top of that, great room, great food, great coffee! Awesome location in downtown Portland. "

Bed was comfortable, and TV was simple to use. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong, but other than that minor issue our stay was virtually perfect. "
