"For an older building, it's a wonderful place to stay. The mattresses felt new, no noise from the neighbors and the shower had great pressure. The carpet is older but in good condition. The paint is up to date. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. It does need an area around the beds to plug in devices for charging instead of across the room but that may not be a bad thing either. Only saw 1 small garbage can under the bathroom sink.
