"Staff was wonderful. Pool and hot tubs are great. Free breakfast and afternoon drinks and snacks! Security! Nice fireplace. It was very nice. Unfortunately our room faced city and music and loud yelling til late at night was annoying. Slow elevators. But would definitely recommend. Safe with great service. Ammenitu guest store on property is over priced."

They were both incredibly kind and accommodating. We will always stay at Hotel Lucia when in Portland solely based on their service and hospitality.
