"This is the best Hotel Ive ever stayed at. It was spotless, the staff were amazing. The valet parking is convenient, wish it could have been little cheaper but we used it because we werent stressing about other parking. Minutes from downtown Broadway . Close to Nissan stadium. My son loved the rooftop pool. It was heated so he swam every night. The coffee shop in Lobby was delicious also. We definitely will be back to visit. "

"Outstanding staff, particularly at the front desk and at the lobby bar. This was our first stay at a Virgin property—loved the area for makeup application, and great idea to have the yoga mat in our room! Gorgeous holiday decorations were a wonderful backdrop for some nice photos. Great stay!!!"

"Stay was great. However, they do not have liquid creamer for the rooms. There is a small grocery store near by so we just bought a regular bottle from there."

"Favorite part of the hotel was hands down the dining/bar area where we saw several great performers. Also, the food in the dining room was lights out amazing!! Our room was clean and comfy. The hotel is has parts that are older which is part of the charm but some may view as slightly outdated. "
