"We had an amazing stay at the Virgin Hotels Nashville! The lobby, commons club, pool bar were all fantastic amenities onsite. The beds are comfortable, the layout of the room was perfect (particularly the bathroom and dressing area when staying with three adults), and the staff were very friendly. "The location to broadway was close and walking distance. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we checked out, we didn’t realize we left clothing in the closet. We were able to contact the hotel and they provided a website to report our items lost/left behind. It was quick and simple. Within a few days they were able to find our items and have them shipped back to us. This service is appreciated and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. "
