"Gorgeous property right on the grand canal. It was close to major attractions and was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our stay was absolutely perfect!"

"The hotel property is lovely and very well located 5-10 min walk from Accademia Bridge, 2 grocery stores: a small (but very well stocked) market and a larger supermarket, as well as to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. The hotel was also incredibly clean -- one of the cleanest I've been in in the past 4 years! "The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. Hyatt Murano

"Large and comfortable room, nice and quiet in the island of Murano, with the Museo stop for the vaporetto right at the door. Service was excellent, they had the beautiful detail of gifting me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, nice! The personnel at the desk provide you with all info you need. It has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, not sure for lunch. Stan and Ricky from the bar were great and lots of fun, they celebrated my BDay with music and dance. Thank you all!"
