"Nice hotel in general. Price is little high, I guess because of the brand and convenient location. Staffs are very nice from checking in to helping us bring all the luggages up to our room. "In addition to the central location, what really makes M Hotel great is the staff. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful, always with an easy smile. They even lept into action when I forgot my expensive rain jacket at a restaurant across the street, only remembering the next morning at the airport. They retrieved it and drove out to the airport to hand it to me. Unbelievable!"
