"An absolutely beautiful and comfortable classic hotel in the heart of the Saigon tourist district, minutes from most of the best restaurants and bars. The location also provides a nice view of the river, although the street it’s on is nearly a highway. And some furniture on the balcony would have been nice. Service was great, pool was small but great, gym is okay. Spa looked basic and the ladies seemed completely disinterested in getting any business and so we have no further info there. We also didn’t try the rooftop bar as it was always closed. And no late checkout was a bummer, even tho we have VIP gold status. But we generally really loved the stay there. "

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff is very attentive, and the rooms ae great. For some reason, the plastic nut inside the tank on the toilet flush handle was so loose that the toilet wouldn't flush. Being a home owner, I raised the lid on the toilet tank and finger tightened the nut. Works great. Breakfast was fantastic."

"The Executive room is a great deal! We were able to take advantage of the Executive lounge and had great food and drinks all inclusive. Very nice hotel in a great location."
