The reason for some of the lower scores is cleaning of the room was superficial with remnants still present. Buffer was extensively geared towards pork products. Had notified hotel prior about sensitivity around pork products. kudos for addressing to water leak which the following day. Telephone would not work so you had to walk to front desk with inquiries.
