"Staying at this luxurious hotel was a pleasure. The staff were was accommodating, pleasant and welcoming. They offered salon services, choice of dining, rooftop lounge, swimming pool and entertainment. I had to stay an extra day due to changes in my plane schedule. No problem "

"Great hotel with top-notch customer service, clean space, and great amenities. Upon checking in, the staff were excellent and able to accommodate holding my luggage because I arrived early. They upgraded me to a better room because there was availability. The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke so the staff was able to move me to a Comparable room that didn’t have this issue. This isn’t any fault of the hotels. It is due to disrespectful guests. After I was able to settle in, I was able to take advantage of all the amenities. They had a pillow menu, which was a nice touch because I was able to order a memory foam pillow for a good nights rest. I am not used to sleeping on the flat feather pillows that hotels normally offer. I really liked the design of the bathroom the toilet and the shower were separate from the sink area so we could use the individual amenities without waiting. There was also a bathtub and they provided Himalayan pink sea salt so you could soak away aches after walking all day. Each room also had an air purifier in the desk/sofa seating area. Make sure you turn it on to purify the unpleasant HCMC air. I did not get to take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool because of the bad air quality, but I did visit the gym and the bar on the first floor. The hotel is also attached to the mall next-door, which had your typical high street brand shops. Overall, a great hotel, and I would stay again. "

Lovely staff, clean, quaint, very nice food, excellent massage in the Spa. Often some free maasage or food voucher. Fantastic gem of a hotel in heart HCMC"

"This hotel is all about location—right in the heart of the city, with easy walking access to many attractions. Taxis will get you to sites farther out. It has a 5-star reputation and generally lives up to that reputation. My wife and I have stayed here every time we have visited HCM city, usually for more than one day, and would look to do so any future stay in the city. By Vietnamese standards, it costs a bit more compared to other hotels in the area. Compared to hotel rates in the U.S., however, it is a great deal for a room that is more spacious than your average hotel in VN, with a fabulous buffet breakfast available to boot. What’s not to love about all this?"
