"Very nice resort. Kitchen utensils for cooking were very limited-one very small saucepan. They did bring a skillet when I called to ask for more. We had a couple of issues with the room maintenance and each time we called, they sent someone immediately."

"The room was very spacious but was a little dusty, so it may not have been used for some time and was sitting vacant ready but it wasn't dirty. We really enjoyed the pool/waterpark area and the activities around the pool. The parking was adequate though pricey. What I loved most was the responsiveness of the onsite guest services team. "This was a nice roomy hotel. The complex is beautiful and the pools are amazing. Nicely heated to use year round. Felt safe with security all around. I have one complaint- there is a second hotel a few miles away with the same name- Sheraton Vistana so I went to the wrong one when taking an uber and that was a huge fiasco. "Found this inexpensive hotel online and didn’t expect much. We only needed a place to lay our heads overnight. We were so pleasantly surprised! The owner, I assume, at the front desk was welcoming and cheery. The place was impeccably clean, freshly painted and attractive and the furnishings comfy and wonderful. A gem of a place and we will return!"
