"The room, area, staff, and location of the property were excellent. The only problem was with the owner because of a failure to solve our problem. When we arrived (Friday afternoon) we realized that the TV remote control was not working with the TV.. We contacted the front desk and he (Daniel) visited our room (131) and agreed that the remote was not working. He advised us that the owner was contacted and that the owner would bring another remote control. No remote was delivered Friday...

"At night we heard a noise outside and security came right away to check it out for us! All was well and we were just spooked… but it made us feel safe how accessible they were. The property was clean as well as the rooms and pool/hottub. The queen studio came with a kitchen and washer dryer. For the price offered it was a great stay. It was about 15 min or less to Disney springs etc. Would definitely stay here again!"
