"The place is beautiful, clean and Romy for a big family"

"The pool needs to be resurfaced. We didn’t let the kids swim in the pool because the pool was dirty and the cement on the bottom of the pool was breaking up. The house was clean and the location was perfect! We were hit with an unexpected registration charge of $207.00. It would if been nice to know about that hidden fee! Donnetta "

"Property was just as advertised, spacious and comfortable in a new resort neighborhood. The kids, ages 4-10 had a blast in the Star Wars themed bedroom and garage game room. Pool was lovely even though we didn’t use much. Only a 20 minute ride to Disney parks and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Can’t say enough good things about resort staff from guards to management company. "

"House was good. A few towels seemed stained when we arrived. Front door there was a gap inbetween the door and the wall, kind of made me feel a little uneasy. Besides that overall good stay for 4 people. "

"It was a clean rental and well maintained. We had problems with some light fixtures in the kitchen being broken (not by us) when we got to the rental. I always like to check the whole property for any damages and we found that light broken hanging and shower doors weren’t installed properly etc but it is in a good neighborhood and close to most of the Disney world parks. The host would have good communication with us , as we explained what we had found when we got to the property. I would...

"The house was very nice and clean. Lots of space and the outside was well kept. The location is in a good area but it is right on a busy road so be careful parking or try to back in to the driveway. The only complaint I have is that the sprinklers system made a whistling noise at 6am in two of the rooms and with me and two others being light sleepers we couldn’t go back to bed. For those who like to stay late at the pool

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was as pictured. It is very roomy with enough space for all of us to have our own spaces. If travelling during the “cooler” months, I would highly suggest the pool heater as it cools down quickly. The pool was great for our toddler and other kids. Our toddler had a great time hanging out on the ledge playing with his toys. The only thing we came across was damp towels in the closet which wasn’t a huge deal as there is the washer and dryer....

"I really want to give 5 stars but the when you walk off the elevator to go to the apartment there is an overwhelming musty smell. Then when we were in our apartment the smell was so bad, we got there at 3:30am and I had been driving over 12 hours so at that point I just wanted to sleep and worry about it tomorrow.
