"Stayed 8 nights with the family (6 adults) during January. Great location to either Disney or Universal. Has a new swimming pool complex within a 3 min walk to the unit which includes a couple of pools and a splash pad, along with a bar which has drinks and food. Plenty of parking. Would recommend if renting to bring 12 cup coffee filters, and basic spices/sugar (none in unit), perhaps a few pool towels (4 provided in unit). "This property was better than expected! Very clean and organized. Washer and dryer are plus! The pool and resort were very clean and great for kids! Check in gate with code only makes it feel safe and protected!!"

"Overall my stay was nice. The apartment is very out dated needs a lot of repairs man things broken I text the owner so I won’t be charged for anything that was already broken and outdated. House dirty dust stuck to ceilings . But again my stay was great due to I did my cleaning and made the best of everything ."

"We had a great time in a great condo complex. The condo was newly upgraded and very clean. The community also had a clubhouse by the pool for meals, snacks and drinks.The owners were easy to contact if needed, and if we decide to come back to the area, we will definitely be back! It seems to be in a great location to many of the fun Orlando attractions. Thanks for a great stay!Joanne y"

"The pictures were accurate. The bed is super comfy and was a good size. This room was perfect for me and my 8 year old. There is an informational binder in the room that states only enough soap, shampoo, and body wash provided for 1 day and guest is responsible for the other days. however there was no body wash so i would recommend bringing your own toiletries.
