"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "The service by all staff- restaurant, front office, housekeeping, was exemplary! Was blown away by it. the hotel was beautifully kept. Foodwise, only had breakfast at the hotel, which in turn was ok."

"I travelled solo from australia to dubai . The property was amazing ! The staff 10/10 brilliant especially Malik concierge really went above and beyond and made sure everything ran smoothly . Buffet breakfast brilliant! I would highly recommend the stay here ! You wont be disapointed . "

"The staff are the highlight of this hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also good and in general the hotel is well kept. The only issue I found was that the room did not have a smart TV, there was no way of connecting my devices wirelessly which I would expect in a hotel of the calibre"
