"We liked the modern and stylish feel of the hotel, plus the great location. The rooms are quite small, but have all the nice amenities including a large shower. "

"I was instantly denied the room upgrade upon check in. I asked two days later and the different hotel rep said "I don't know why they didn't give you the upgrade" and then gave me an upgrade. Had to repack and unpack again."

"This is a wonderful hotel with small rooms. It is ideal for a single traveler but might be too small for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was compact but well appointed. The highlight was the onsen spa. It is separate for men and women and a great way to relax after a long day of walking and exploring. My only criticism would be that it is about a 25 minute walk into central Shinjuku or a 1100 yen taxi ride. "
