"The bedroom was well appointed with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. There was large soft bath towels, tea making equipment, comfortable bed, TV, and nice lighting. Even though my room overlooked a busy road the room was very quiet I would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel was ok and in a great location for our visit to Stoke-on-Trent. The room we were given was small, with the double bed up against the wall. When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! It was like water torture! So if room 317 is allocated to you, then insist on another room!! The breakfast was good and the staff serving were...

"This was an ideal place to stay after a concert at The Guldhall. Our bed was comfy and good hot shower. Breakfast reasonable for a buffet and lovely pre theatre dinner. Pillows could have been better and the room heater was too noisy to have on overnight. Otherwise great stay and would return. "

"Staff pleasant and friendly, room clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were very good. Furniture could do with improving as slightly dated."
