"The Swan is a very nice town centre hotel located on a quiet high street. We were greeted by very friendly and accomodating staff. The food served was of a consistently high standard. Breakfast in particular was excellent, served by staff who brightened our day with their enthusiasm and cheerfulness. We would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms a little dated but staff were excellent, parking very close and ample, location just off the M6 fantastic. Room was quiet and dark with lights off, heating sufficient to stave off the -7 degrees weather we had. Showers powerful and warm."

"There's very little not to like about this place. It's easy to find, plenty parking, decent bar, decent food, clean, fairly comfortable (even for a large unit such as myself!) spacious rooms, decent shower, all the usual equipment although no USB sockets or 240V outlet in bathroom. Of particular note - Great staff and Custard Creams in the rooms! I'll very happily stay again."

"Lovely and inviting hotel in lovely country surroundings. Had a superior room on ground level which was very clean and created a calming atmosphere. The evening meal and breakfast were superb in the stunning conservatory area. Highly recommend this hotel."
