"Great hotel in a great location. However, there are a few weird things that Americans will find very unusual one is they do not accept Apple Pay (when even the street vendors in Brazil do). Second it’s probably the worst Wi-Fi in a hotel I have ever used in Brazil. They probably don’t even try to improve it so if you work remote do not rely on the Wi-Fi. It’s absolutely hideous. "This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel! "
