This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

Go somewhere else.

This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

Ponto positivo Hotel muito bom! acesso rapido a praia, o pessoal que trabalha na area do cafe da manhã super educados, estacionamento muito bom, cafe da manhã excelente, o quarto confortavel e limpo. Sao 2 compartimentos vc pode se hospedar em qualquer um e mesmo assim vc tera acesso aos 2 isso é muito bom. Ponto negativo o barman da area da piscina maior é chato e mal educado, todos os dias ele estava de cara feia, o hotel te da um drink de cortesia para cada hóspede isso é bom, mas o barman da piscina pequena ao invés de da a cortesia ele colocou o drink na conta do apartamento, no checkout foi cobrado, justificamos na recepção e foi resolvido, so fiquem de olho o que vcs consomem para evitar algum transtorno.

Excelente opção em Ponta Negra!

A estadia foi ótima! O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho do Morro do Careca. A praia da frente estava em obras e nem fomos lá. Na Orla tem muitas opções de restaurantes e os preços são ótimos! Nosso quarto no Kristie Flat era bem amplo, com cozinha completa, bom banheiro e bastante confortável. Só o ar condicionado é que deveria ter uma potência maior, compatível com a área do quarto, pois demorava para ficar frio. Há 2 prédios, sendo um em frente a Orla, onde ficam alguns quartos e uma pequena piscina junto do restaurante, onde é servido o café da manhã e, o outro, na rua de trás, mais elevada. Como não há tantas mesas no restaurante, os hóspedes podem não encontrar mesa disponível em certos dias e horários para o café da manhã, portanto, recomendo ir mais cedo, se tiver que levantar cedo para algum passeio, por exemplo. Poderia ser mais variado, mas atende. A melhor opção é se hospedar no Kristie Flat (prédio da rua de trás), por ser mais tranquila e também por ter a piscina principal do hotel no mesmo local. Há um salão de jogos, porém simples e sem janelas, ou seja, sem ventilação, ficando quente ficar lá por muito tempo. A recepção sempre responde rápido as demandas via WhatsApp e a internet é boa, porém não muito rápida. Pedimos comida do restaurante uma noite e vieram crepes muito pequenos e caros para o que eram. Não recomendo. Melhor pedir via iFood de restaurantes próximos, se não quiser sair do hotel. Com o cartão do quarto, é possível entrar nos 2 prédios.
