This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

Go somewhere else.
This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

Recepção atenciosa, explicou bem a estrutura no check-in, ótimo café da manhã, piscina e vista excelente, boa limpeza, quarto funcional e conservado. A única ressalva é as ruas ao redor, apertadas e com pavimento destruído, mas isso é inoperância da prefeitura.

Excelente atendimento! Importante atentar que são dois “prédios” (um é mais perto do mar e mais bonito, apesar de ambos terem piscina). Lá tem também um fotógrafo muito simpático que faz fotos no hotel. Vale a pena!

Hotel razoavel, porém pelo valor da diaria em media temporada poderia ,pelo menos disponibilizar toalhas pra picina sem cobrar dos hospedes, quarto com otimo tamanho com geladira, fogão e pia, muito util pra nós que tomamos chimarão e terere, ar condicionado fraco para o tamanho do quarto,atendentes da cozinha muito queridos.

Minha hospedagem foi no Kristie Flats, o quarto era confortável e espaçoso, tem uma cozinha bem funcional, porém precisa de uma manutenção/repaginação. O espelho do banheiro estava descascado ao redor, silicone que veda o lado de fora do box estava encardido e a água do chuveiro expira pra fora do box, molhando o toalha de piso e a água empoça na parede oposta do chuveiro. As toalhas não eram brancas e deixou a desejar na limpeza do apartamento. Precisa de mais tomada na cabeceira da cama e a que tinha estava mal encaixada e tive que carregar o celular em outra tomada. Possui somente um elevador que é pequeno. O café da manhã é servido na unidade Kristie Resort em frente, era bom e tem uma vista incrível. Nessa unidade tbm tem um elevador que dá acesso à rua beira de mar de Ponta Negra. O atendimento das duas unidades era bom, atendentes bem atenciosos e prestativos.

Hotel mto bom, ótima localização, ao lado do morro do careca, quartos limpos, funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos, a vista é espetacular, estacionamento fechado, espaçoso e mto organizado, piscina sem0re limpa, cafe da manhã bem variado com tudo fresquinho sempre A unica coisa q nao gostei foi o colchão que estava bem torto, desgastado e afundava nas extremidades quando deitávamos, no quarto nao tem um varal pra que pudessemos secar as roupas de praia
