Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! "This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). I stopped complaining except that after a few hours I had to move to another superior room dungeon because the aircon was not working properly. How can Hotels.com possibly send their...
