"A fantastic hotel, in an area of national historical importance. The service from everyone there is fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel where you can take a walk. You may think some areas need further maintenence but the cost maintaining Victorian Gothic style building is frankly very difficult and should get Government grants. It really is an incredible place absolutely steeped in legend and history. "

Could do with air con or climatic control but I appreciate this may be a challenge for a building that is likely listed. "
