"Perfect stay, from check in all through stay. Staff were pleasant, room was beautiful. Very clean and everything you need, lots of sockets, hairdryer, tea and coffee and toiletries. Central for arena and restaurants"

"Honestly we had such an amazing time. The staff downstairs were absolutely incredible; special mention to Liam for arranging the football match screening 😊 My only wish for the next visit; is for the room heating to be fixed quicker, our room was really cold and we had to call and even come down in person several times to finally get someone upstairs. I also wished someone had responded to my message on the app. Nonetheless, my family and I had a great time and we will be definitely revisiting...
