"The room was basic but comfortable and provided everything we needed. The location was excellent, perfectly situated for our purpose. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food choices were excellent, good value and tasty. Our only complaint was the loud noise coming from the air conditioning unit attached to the bar/restaurant, we had our window open for fresh air and the unit was quite loud. "A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). "Very comfortable stay, room was clean and en-suite with over shower/bath, plenty of plugs and sockets for all your media needs, bed was comfy and had a good night sleep, no noise at all from inside or outside even though in the middle of Eastwood, I didn’t eat but looked reasonably priced. "
