"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a beautiful garden and plenty of room within the property. There were seven of us and didn't feel on top of each other. There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious.
