"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!"

"Waited till my trip of Japan was over to write a review. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in our whole 3 week stay in Japan. Not only was the hotel filthy, I was charged an extra 23,000 yen for my wife to stay in the room with me!!! This is after already being charged 24000 yen for a room barely worth 10,000.
