"My second hotel in Jordan during this visit after a two day stopover at Aqaba . Decent hotel , neat and clean , challenge was air conditioning as it was cold always even if we set at 26 deg cent . Rest all standard . Needless to say , nothing comparable with my stay at AQABA … hotel / service / dining … experience , though it was another chain of hotel . "

"Staff at front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was friendly and the service was good the food was excellent but young chef could not fry two sunny side up soft yolk eggs twice as requested and could not make or understand poached eggs Room was immaculate with all amenities except hairdryer. Cleaning staff left a beautiful towel and hibiscus flower decoration on the bed which was very kind Lifeguard and assistant at the Dead Sea were excellent and very friendly....
