"Had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza, Festival City. Festival City itself is served by a small boat to and from Creek harbour and then a walk to Creek metro station. It would be better if the green metro line was connected all the way to this part of Dubai. The hotel itself was very good. The only slight negative is that breakfast options are not as extensive as other hotels, I have stayed in, when in Dubai. However, buffet dinner at the Anise restaurant is out of this world. The hotel staff are all super friendly and really cannot do enough for guests. I would not put anyone of staying here as its very convenient for Festival City mall if you want to eat out or go shopping."

"The staff are well trained, the rooms are clean and well equipped, there were a lot of guests arriving everyday so the breakfast area was packed sometimes not enough space to sit for everyone it gets very busy.. I enjoyed my stay here and would go back."

"This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."
