After our complaint to the reception they only replace the fridge on the 2nd night. The only good thing about this resort is the location, nearby eatery places. The hotel name has changed to Airis Sanctuary Resort since July but no one informed us."

The rooms were incredible, the restaurant so delicious, the scenery unforgettable. We were allowed to customize almost everything and everyone made us feel so welcome and happy.
