"Anteriormente había agarrado este hotel y todo me había gustado pero esta vez q me quedé tardaba en salir el agua caliente, la televisión igual tuvieron q echarnos la mano para q funcionara, la palanca del baño se rompió, esta vez si me falló "

"El lugar es muy lindo y el personal es increíblemente amable y servicial. El mantenimiento del hotel deja algo que desear. No hay conector de luz en el tocador del baño y el techo del jacuzzi estaba resanado sin pintar, no lo que se espera de un lugar spa boutique. Otro asunto es que se quedó abierta la llave del jacuzzi y el agua que se salió del jacuzzi por la coladera les acabó inundando toda la cocina por lo que me cobraron una multa por mal uso de instalaciones.
