"Es la tercera ves q me quedo en este hotel por q me gustaba mucho pero ahora tuve la mala experiencia q no puedo usar la alberca de infinito q por q tenía q pagar $250 pesos mas y luego en el restaurante q no me dejaron pasar por q traía una blusa corta y luego no servía el agrre acondicionado y no todos los trabajadores eran amables no recibí ni mi recibo y ise el reclamo y me salen con una excusa ahora si quede desepcionada de este hotel mi prima de quiere casa en este hotel pero le diré mi...

"Nice upscale property. Nice weather but humid in November About 5 miles from Zihua and 3 miles from Ixtapa centro. Lot of walking down and up from the private beach and the swimming pools to the rooms. Beach elevator been down for few month. No hot tubs except in upgraded rooms. Far from town. Can’t walk it, need to take taxi. One way cost between $5-$8. They have buffet and 3 other private restaurants on the property. Meal per person about $22. Check buffet prices and what is included...

"Great place and friendly staff! Access to beach which not many places have and 3-4 pools. You are kind of forced to eat there. No Uber delivers and no close convenient store close. Gym is basic BUT we loved this place and our kids did too"
